  • Create relevant training courses that capture all requirements from classroom based training within a condensed eLearning package.
  • eLearning packages to be compatible with Learning Management System to ensure data can be captured/recorded and be accessible remotely.

Solution

  • Scoped each training package with relevant stakeholders to define deliverables and advised on industry best practice in relation to: content, duration, questioning, testing & scoring, layout and design.

Outcome

  • Delivered and rolled out multiple eLearning packages covering Customer Experience, Account Management and Vulnerable Circumstance training for specific business functions.
  • Reduced the reliance on lengthy classroom based training reducing cost and speed to competency.
  • Training package contributed to the business achieving BSI accreditation for vulnerable consumers.
