Strategic Marketing to Drive Revenue

To Make Newcastle The Best Venue Launch So Far.

Ghetto Golf is a fast-growing experiential company, offering adult-only crazy golf, street art, street food, cocktails, music and more.

Our aim was to develop a strategic marketing structure, ensure all components of the team were working in unison (including several third parties) and provide some pace in driving towards the launch of their newest venue. All with the key deliverable of increased revenue.

Challenge

  • To increase collaboration and direction of the wider marketing team
  • Increase clarity of overall marketing plan, with key deliverables and accountabilities
  • Lessons from previous launch suggested more pace/focus was required for marketing activity

Solution

  • Implementing a collaborative way of working for the wider marketing team
  • Developing an overall roadmap plan, collaboratively, with key milestones, dates, measures/metrics and accountabilities
  • Working in an agile way to flex the agreed plan to incorporate further opportunities, at pace

Outcome

  • An empowered team with an embedded new way of working, ready to drive future marketing activity
  • A marketing process/model created for future venue launches
  • A demonstrable spike in revenue/bookings post-launch
